Why pray?  Because prayer can do anything God can do!  Prayer brings power, prayer is power, the time of prayer is power, the place of prayer is power!  Jesus declared: “Ask anything in my Name and I will do it.”  One word sums up what prayer can do...anything!  There’s no excuse for prayerless churches!  “We have not....because we ask not.”  Our prayers on earth determine what God will do in heaven. We must use what God has given us!

God has blessed Lakeside with a growing number of prayer ministries.  The best way to learn to pray is to participate in prayer.  At Lakeside there is a time and a place for you to pray.  Our elders lead our prayer ministries and are available to you for guidance.  I urge you to join a prayer ministry and to be faithful to Lakeside’s prayer events.

Why pray?  Because prayer has power, prayer works!  But as powerful as God is, He can’t answer prayers not prayed.  Will you join the Lakeside family in prayer?  Through prayer, we can experience the miraculous, we can witness breakthroughs, and greatest of all, we can have revival!  Let’s be the generation that prays it in!
